Healthy Ecosytem
Through soil health with minimal tilling, soil micro-organism and organic matter amendments.
Food Quality
Through soil health, natural pest control and organic matter amendments we produce clean, flavorlful and nutritious vegetables.
Crop Diversity
Seasonal vegetables and non-produce landscape areas, crop rotation and successions.
Community Oriented
Through our Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) and to distribute our products to low-income families in Hong Kong (charitable donations to date is 75 kg).
Education
We intend to we intend to share the knowledge acquired with not only schools in Hong Kong, but also by implementing master classes for farmers and interested individuals and organisations.
Scalable
Scalable and reproducible by following a rigorous, standardized and managed work flow (seeding, seedlings, weeding, planting, amendments, irrigation, etc.).
